I really don't collect any World Wide stuff other than Germany but Rod had these beautiful and very interesting stamps from Central Lithuania and I just had to have them! Can anyone tell me anything about them? Also, maybe there a good philatelic related site on Lithuania? Any insight would be just great! Thank you much.

Central Lithuania - "A short-lived Poland-dependent puppet state created in 1920 in the Vilnius Region."

Try Central Lithuania not Lithuania for better results in your search.

Here's a link to a catalogue for Central Lithuania

Any CL stamps on a bright white thickish paper is a forgery made for the packet trade. That 5f imperf 1st stamp, 3rd row looks a likely culprit even at this low level of scan. This stamp is part of a series of 8 & is normally imperf or perf 14, but they were also privately perforated 11½, again, for the philatelic trade
