I received one of these today for Christmas. As expected, I got the usual mix of decent, modern, moderately damaged stamps. It got me thinking though. Where do they acquire these stamps at? Do they just buy random kiloware lots or what?

These kinds of things used to be collected at missions. Possibly still so, today.
