USA Semi - Postal Stamps ???

Good Morning, and Happy Holidays to you all!

I received the Scott National Album part 1V, which allows me to extend my USA collection to 1999 - where I will likely stop.

One of the pages is for Semi Postal stamps, and has only one, that being Scott B1 for 1998 - Breast Cancer Awareness.

Thru 1999, was there only one USA semi postal stamp?

Other countries have put out hundreds, but most of those were during times of war or other calamities.

Somehow I think we're going to see more of those in the future. If you remember it carried a premium price.

That is correct. The other 3 were issued after 1999.

B2 was issued in 2002 for the false flag 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center.
