Do you have any information about this stamp , Is there a mistake in writing under the red lines.

This looks to be quite OK. The original 6d stamps were surcharged 1d by hand. In Gibbons, this is SG 104, 2014 catalogue value £15.

(It's unlikely to be a forgery. The original 6d stamp, without the surcharge, is priced at £120.)
