Just curious from other folks out there what your percentage is of time wasters on Delcampe?

Less than 1% - same as ebay, but it's much easier to get your fees back on Delcampe and you have much longer to do so.

You are having better luck than I am! I am considering cutting off some international locations because of time wasters. I don't want to do that but it is hard to run a business when you see a pattern of NPB coming from certain places. Haven't done ebay since around 2007 when Paypal was becoming a forced requirement but yes, I do hear of the hoops they put you through even with all of their "improvements"

Actually, the only recent non-payer I had recently is from the U.S. There was one Canadian who kept bidding on things even after a month of not paying for previousl purchases, but he had "issues". The very few problems I've had on either website is not due to any nationality, but simply that individual's actions. I wouldn't cut off the nose to spite the face because of a few bad eggs here and there by banning any regions or countries.
