Is this your stamp that you mentioned in the other thread with the yellow tinge? Can't really tell what it is, but it looks like some kind of stain. And that particular issue is probably the most common stamp from the 1930s.

Maybe discolored when removed from envelope... soaked for a long time with yellow paper?
