Let me know if you think the right hand "1" is slanted

It certainly appears that it is slanted! Possibly just that plate position? Only a guess though.

A quick look at Michel Spezial identifies 15 different plate flaws for this stamp, none of which are slanted numbers.

The closest is 19 II, "rechte Wertziffer gebrochen" (Right numeral broken)

I don't have a copy of this plate flaw so I can't tell if the break might be hidden under the cancellation in your stamp. Perhaps a comparison with a BPP expertized 19 II stamp would be in order to see if it "leans" too.

Shotgunning here -- maybe your stamp is a precursor to the plate failure creating the broken numeral. I'm not familiar enough with printing methods to know if this is even possible.

Experienced stamps need a home too. I'd rather have an example that is imperfect than no example.

It's not a 19 II.

PostmasterGS,
Nice copy of a 19 II!
Since the break is toward the top of the numeral, that shoots my theory in the foot.
Anyone else want to take a shot?

I'm not saying it's aliens...but it's aliens.

Could it be distortion from the scanning? Does it look like this when you get it under magnification?

Celticveil------Yes it looked slated ,that's why I scanned it .This would be a new find if the specialized catalogs don't list it .

Ok, I just had to clarify. I've seen people wig out sometimes when reviewing a scanned or digitized image because of distortion that didn't exist in the original piece. Had to make sure that wasn't the care here.

Soooo...aliens, yes?
