Doe's anyone have a good close-up picture of the doubled right frame on the C9ii that I can compare mine to? I have seen some on the auction sites, but can not make out the doubling. There are no good pictures anywhere to be found. My stamp appears to have some doubling but I am not sure if it is a C9ii. It also appears to be missing ink at the bottom of frameline.

I don't know about a double frame line (looks normal to me) but HOLY SNAPPERS! what did you use to get those scans? A nuclear power microscope? Those are incredible!

Very close! A nuclear powered light (the sun) and a cheap camera.

I agree with Wert that your stamp does not have the major re-entry C9ii. Your stamp appears to have extra inking.

Unitrade states that "Variety C9ii occurs on Plate 2 UR, positions 14, 19, 24 and 34, and that each is slightly different. Positions 14 and 19 also show slight doubling of the left frameline."

I don't have this variety and don't remember where I copied this scan from, so can not give proper credit to the company/person who had presented it online.

The doubled right frameline is best compared with the top frameline, which is not doubled.

Hi Jawesw. Played tennis this morning with 5 other Canadians in low 50s F. Wore shorts and tennis shirt, while Americans walking by wore coats and gloves. It was in the 80s all thru December, but near freezing January late nights.
