The perforations are in the left stamp and run down right next to the s of cents.

Definitely all Type I, #25. Easy to tell because the frame lines are there on the top and bottom. Only Type I and II (25A) have top and bottom frame lines.

I plan on being there early Saturday am. It'll be good to meet up with you again and with Al. My pockets aren't as deep as I just spent a good part of my budget in York. And I just made a purchase of a really significant item from a mutual friend.
