Ebay Is Not The Place To Buy Stamps

I've only received incorrectly identified stamps once, and that was on a very cheap lot and the seller refunded my money right away. Otherwise I've had pretty good luck and have gotten some incredible deals. All in all, I'd rather buy from a known, knowledgeable and reputable dealer, but I simply can't pass up deals on nice, hard to find stamps at 10% of Scott or less like I can often find on ebay.
