Italy - 2010

Amnesty International has of course already been shown on this thread, but I didn't find this one (also well-placed in any collection of hands).

(Tants, that also goes for the Rumanian one as well, a striking design; the 27th of January will soon be here.)

St. Vincent and the Grenadines issued a souvenir sheet for 100 years after the beginning of WWI. Canouan is one of the smaller islands, but has the largest airport and caters to well-off vacationers.

One of the oldest barbed wire fences separating people is located between South and North Korea. The butterfly could be a Papilio machaon. Photo: border close to Panmunjom.

Here is an image of a stamp depicting a symbolic head with what appears to me to be a barbed wire beard, designed by Algerain artist Ismail Samsom (1934-1988), printed by photogravure, and issued by Algeria on March 27, 1971 to publicize the United Nations' International Year for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Prejudice , Scott No. 464.
