Looks like a CSA #1 Stone 2. Issued 1861 picturing President Jefferson Davis (Mrs. Davis didn't like this stamp because she thought her husband look too much like some guy named Lincoln). Stone 2 is characterized by its poor impressions. All shades of this stamp are other than olive green are known from this stone, the most common being dull green (Scott's Standardized). Printed by Hoyer & Ludwig of Richmond Va. Difficult to tell the exact colour from your scan but the catalogue (2012) values this unused at $160 (green no gum), $275 (green, dull green), and $325 (bright green).
Hey Gracie looks like CSA #1 and by the impression looks like stone 2 because of the really poor impression. Can't really tell from scan but I see some things missing that could make it be fake or the ink isn't there. I'll let one of the knowledgeable people buzz in on it.
The right side looks also like it has had roulette perfs as examples of this stamp are known to be unofficially rouletted. Baton Rouge Roulette but still it doesn't look right to me for some reason. I'm sure there are CSA gurus here that will buzz in
