It seems that plans are in place to identify bidders to create the 41st Edition of the (US) Postal Service Guide to US Stamps in both print and electronic versions!

Seems like the natural progression of how it should be. More and more of us read digital books eveyday. I enjoy my Kindle and would find it handy.

Awesome news!

"Digital Guide Apps should feature the ability to keep track of personal collections and values, sharing collections, and adding wish lists. The Apps should have the option to either be available for a nominal monthly subscription fee or sold outright."
