Wondering if someone can help me verify what I'm looking at with this on pc pair. London ontario cancel with what looks to me like a NOV 31 1870 date but I'm not 100% sure. The numeral 6 killer is probably a good hint but I am not firmiliar with dating those. If correct that should put the pair in the early ottawa printings.
I checked the Postal History Society of Canada database (accessible with a membership - not expensive if you are interested in cancels and postal history)
Thank you for the great details. Would be nicer if on a full cover but with all the 3c small queens I have and as crazy as the colors can get , Its nice to be able to have a solid ID . I' would appreciate the details about the postal history society membership. There must be a wealth of information contained there.
