The children in this video are all from the NY Youth Stamp Club that I work with as a volunteer once a month.

Anytime you can help get a kid interested in this hobby is a reward. Even if its only for a short time the seed id planted and may develope in the future.
The Bill Gross trading the jenny block for the Z grill reminded me of 2 kids at recess tradin common baseball cards to complete a set.

The group currently has about a dozen members, although not all of them show up every month (we had 10 yesterday). I do expect at least a couple to continue long term, and it is always possible that it will be more.
