Given that at the last census the entire Chinese population in the whole of Serbia was less than 1400, is it conceivably possible that the Serbian postal authority is aiming its output at people living abroad in countries with an expanding economy, rather than at their own population? Surely not! |

As you can see from kuhli's post this is not the first year with Chinese calender, and even tho there are much more than 1400 Chinese people living in Serbia right now I think they are issuing these stamps because they think it would sell abroad. I personally like those Chinese calender stamps, but following Serbian postage stamps issues one most wonder about their logic. Their minds work in very strange ways  |
