I have a stamp collection that I want to sell. Mostly new stamps, in sleeves many with certificates of authenticity. Princess Diana, Disney, Three Stooges, Marilyn Monroe, Space Program, you name it, it's probably there. I know what was spent on the stamps, and I know the value is probably a fraction if anything of that. I don't want to spend the time individually listing them on ebay, (there are thousands!) but don't know what else to do. I live in a remote area, so can't find help here. Any ideas?

Perhaps get some good pictures and scans of the best of the material and send it off to a two or three national dealers and see if they will make an offer.

Unfortunately, if it is mostly the material you mention, you might not get a big number; and they might ask you to pay shipping as well.
Good luck.

The problem is, I don't know what constitutes "good stuff." Everything is in the same condition. New, in plastic Sleeves, most with certificates of authenticity. What makes one topic more desirable than another? Are there particular countries that are more desirable? Is this even worth my time, or am I looking at a couple hundred bucks for boxes that would cost me that much to ship because there is so much?

What kind of certificates of authenticity are we talking about here if I may ask.

They sound like fairly recent stamp issues so I just don't
understand why they would need to be certified authentic.

Did you get this done?

Most of them are probably about ten years old? Each stamp has a card with it that says International Collectors Society that has a description of the stamp and an issue number. They are all "limited edition" marked. I have coins with the same type of card with each one, so I'm assuming it's some kind of stamp of the month club or something? I know very little about stamps. I can't figure out how to post a picture.

Did I break the rules already? Sorry if so. Maybe someone can advise me? Don't want to be a pest. :)

Look up International Collectors Society under advanced on ebay and find completed purchases. Over 240 listings attempting to sell. This type of material does not sell. Exceptions:baseball,Jerry Garcia & the Beatles and a few others but overall nothing. Not worth shipping, not worth listing. Bring to nearest stamp store/flea market, auction, drop off & run.Give to a good home free. Any home for that matter.

Thanks for the info! Don't want to waste my time if not worth it. I do have a lot of baseball. Should I bother to list those?

Compare them to the ones that sold or did not sell in ebay completed listings.
