Inperforated Stamp Question..?

Hi...Let me start of by giving you an example of why I ask this question....In hockey, it is not considered a goal unless the WHOLE puck crosses the line..correct...??

Ok, take a look at these pictures..They are Scott #604 coil stamps..Perforated vertically and scored horizontally...Now if 10% of the stamp is NOT scored, does this constitute a inperforated pair or just a new variety..??

All Canadian Bank Note Company water-activated coils since 1969 were distributed to post offices in "sticks" of 10 rolls.

The rolls were kept together by these 'nibs' of un-scored paper. If a customer needed only one roll, a single roll could be easily 'snapped' from the stick. Buy two rolls, and a pair of rolls would be broken off.

Some collectors will pay a small premium for pairs/block or larger multiples ... but these are not imperforate varieties or errors.

This is not a 'new' variety.
