I cannot identify this stamp - the cancel appears to be Ljubljana which is now the capital of Slovenia of course.

Your stamp is similar to some revenue stamps of Serbia (Taksena Marka in Cyrillic and Western alphabets, same with Dinar value in both scripts). Crest appears to be the same. But I can't find it.

It is a tax (fiscal, revenue) stamp, issued in the Kingdom of SHS (which later changed its name into Kingdom of Yugoslavia),

Slovenia has been a part of that country.

Your stamp looks like the issue from the year 1923. ( I am almost confident about that).

Cancellation should be offical, connected with the postal Customs department.

Tax stamp wasn't used in postal intentions. Unfortunately entire print of cancelation isn't seen. I am supposing, that customs postoffice was using for the payment of due taxes.

It's a Yugoslav (SHS) two dinar revenue stamp from the 1923 series.
