Does Scott Classic Specialized List Algeria Parcel Posts

I have the 2010 edition and they are not in there, though France's equivalent Parcel Post issues are. Algeria started issuing Parcel Post stamps in 1898 similar to what the French PO issues but specifically for use in Algeria (and predating the estabishment of separate postal services with postage stamps for Algeria by over 2 decades, the first Algerian postage issue coming in 1924).

These stamps are listed in the French catalogs (Yvert, Maury) and it seems odd that Scott lists the Parcel Post stamps for France but not for Algeria.

Was wondering if they have been added to the Scott catalog since my 2010 edition or if they are still not listed.

The Algeria Parcel Posts are missing from my 2013 edition and I don't see any mention of them in the publicity material for the 2014.

No Algeria parcel post mentioned in my 2014 specialized.

The French stamps are a recent addition to the Classic; around 2010, or so? At some point I would not be surprised to see Algeria pop up. For what it is worth, Yvert has 69 listings that would fit the time frame of Scott's Classic.
