After reading it though I have more questions.
On page 39 it mentions
Preparation On Pre Press Techniques.
- non standard 4 colour workings.
Does that just mean that they are capable of adding specialty colours
to the CMYK cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black)?
I was also surprised in learning that they are capable of
using mixed screens on
one stamp (100LPI, 300LPI and 600LPI screen) or on a souvenir sheet
