Just picked this intersting stampless cover up and thought I would share. Nice clear Dec 31st New York Cancel and addressed to Postmaster in DC asking for a possible forward?? I don't have the cover yet and had a hard time reading bottom of the letter.

Lovely - I think stampless covers are the very best form of postal histry (almost always nice markings)
