can anyone give me some info on these stamps. I've looked at a large variety online but haven't found any sets like this. please help!

and I only show 19 in the photo but I did find the 20th in the mixed envelope of stamps I inherited.

Thanks but mine don't seem to have been used our overprinted and I can't find any info on value, scarcity, blocks, etc. Can anyone help?
