3 unusual pieces... I am not sure why is this Austrian-hungarian postal card surcharged with the newspaper stamps.

filipio: Thanks for sharing. Perhaps the stamps (newspaper) can be used as regular postage?

The first post card you have a news paper stamp from Czechoslovakia but the other one green 5 h is a postal stamp ( Scott # 2 ) they was issue imperforated or perforated and they are very common

It was common to have mix stamps for both countries at that time

The post card stationary stamp is only Austrian ( Loosdorf ) , at the time Hungary was already using their own stationary stamps, so it's not Austrian-Hungarian

Will not be the first time, I can't see the month on the postmark, the 1h was release only in February of 1919, so if they need a 2h , the only one available was the newspaper one.

On the postmark looks that the date is 26/2... but, it is not clear... especially the month.

On the reverse, the letter is dated 26/01, so, I suppose that January should be the right month...

although the month surely doesn't looks like 1. (January) on the postmark.

I can make a better scan of the postmark only...

This is Deschl (The Comprehensive Indian States Postal Stationery Listing) E6

and, as far as Duttia is concerned, a relatively common postal stationery envelope, although commercially used is even harder to find.

I bought it, though, for the now no longer listed ˝ Anna watercolour postal-fiscals used on the reverse:

Deschl records this envelope as being seen used on the 7 May 1917, but the cover has clear CDSs of the 23 July 1917.

Here are a few new ones I don't think I have previously posted....

First a NORWAY Ration Card (front) issued in the 1940's. This item has a Michel # AW4.

Next: Although not listed as a postal stationery item, here is a Official envelope from the Seycelles. This is from the "Secretary". 1965 usage.

Next: A postal card from SAAR, Michel # P-41. Issued 1953.

Next: A item from KATANGA (which is a sucessionist province of former Belgium Congo) Aerogramme (Neuer Ganzsachen #4, issued 1962).

and finally..... a NORWAY Smart Post Envelope issued in the 2000's somplace (to new for my catalog).

Here are a few Canada items:
1st: Canada L-4. Used letter card (issued 1898). This card cancelled August 7, 1899 from "Raportage, Ontario". Not sure what the large "2" on front signifies, but I am sure someone out there can school me on it.

Next: another letter card. L-7. Issued 1899. This one has a nice RPO (Railroad Post Office) cancel "C.P.Ry. PT. ARTHUR & W'PEG. M.C.3; ON October 5, 1902. CPRy is Canadian Pacific Railway, the rest is Port Authur & Winnepeg.

Next: Canada's 1st postal card. P-1. Issued in 1871. This item has been cancelled in Quebec on March 27, 1872.

Next item a registered envelope. RE1. Issued 1927. This it has another RPO cancel "Sher Rich & Mont. RPO" originating in Sherbrooke,Quebec on September 27, 1946. (RPO abbreviations are Sherbrooke, Richmond & Montreal.

and finally... an Experimental "Stick N Tick label issued in 1983 from the Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada Post Office (only). Unitrade 1-ST

Thanks for looking.
