I just went through the carton I mentioned earlier. It seems to have cancels from almost every day in February 2000 except the 29th - it's as though someone went through looking for them!
As I said, I bought the box for the stamps but haven't had the chance to soak/cut them yet. The cancels for the most part don't mean much to me, although today's search was an interesting diversion.
