Quite a few things going on here- I know many of the 29's and 30's have less than clean crisp images. However there definatly appears to be distinct doubling in the letters top and bottom. Also when I perf this with very accurate computer gauge I get 12.25 all around. Lastly with some color playing you can easily read the ENQUIRY cancel . I can only guess revenue useage but if anyone can pinpoint that type of cancel it would be appreciated.
Hi Nitro. My guess is revenue as well for the cancellation. My first thought was, maybe it was used on a cheque, but, quite a high denomination if it was, so, I tend to lean on some other kind of revenue usage
I have a simular that still has gum that also looks wore down and over soaked. Not 100% sure if its plate wear , absorbtion of the paper or a bunch of reasons for the less than crisp look. Thats why I'm not sure if its a re entry or not either. I'll check Ralphs site and see if she matches up. As for the cancel - I wonder if enquiry was for a search /law aspect. Deed/title searces may have been enquiries but odd I've never came across anything simular before . Thanks as always for the assist!
