Canada Scott 300 New Plate Flaw E-Postage

I think I have found a plate flaw on this King George VI pair. The POSTAGE on the right stamp has a nice line through the top bar of E. Worn plate with small crack?

It looks similar to the broken "e" of postage in Canada # 192i which commands a big premium.
