This variety is unlisted in my ACSC, but seems major enough to warrant attention. It looks to me like it might be a rusted cliche, but then again I haven't seen enough examples of tin shed flaws to discern the difference. What do people think?

Hi jimjamtwo

I have one similar and posted in last year on the forum.
The reply was that it was a local printing on coarse paper and was used between November 1917 & August. If it is the same stamp the watermark will be a Large Crown & A, (called number 5 by Gibbons) also numerous colour variations exist as well as varieties.
Hopefully this helps.
