I believe this is a hungarian stamp. It is used and has star Wmrk. when placed in fluid. Is this anything special? Anyone have the Scott # and CV handy?

Looks like a Scott #968. Minimum catalogue value.

Thanks Timm, so the watermarks are common on this stamp?

The multiple star watermark is standard for that set. It also appears on the great majority (but not all) of the Hungarian stamps of the 1950s, and even into the very early 1960s.
