Below are three (of many) of these new "souvenier sheets" issued by the British Post Office. My question(s): is there a listing of all of these things in one place? Am I going to have to get a Gibbons UK catalog to figure them out? The are not considered Postal stationery, so can only assume they are "stamps". Please let me know.

Hi, These aren't official sheets although the stamps in them are valid Post Office stamps.

They were private productions by a UK stamp dealer.

Either the cachets were printed on cut-down official postal stationery (which seems likely as there appears to be phosphor bars on the bottom one) or the stamps were stamped to order by the Post Office.
