Would love some help to determine if this stamp is a variety or the 'norm'. The right hand pillar seems to be 'unfinished' and the horizontal lines run through to the right hand value box.!
Thanks in advance.!

It appears that there is a colour shift of central colour to the right into the pillar and lines into the upper inside frame. This would be a colour shift efo and if not to common would add a premium to this stamp. Like the Tom Sawyer stamp the larger the shift the higher the price. Nice looking stamp.

I no longer have any of these Bahawalpur 6 Annas; I offload the set as soon as I can. However, it appears small shifts in the colour of the vignette aren't too uncommon. Here are few examples from my rather thin Bahawalpur collection:

If you were selling, I'd say take whatever you can get for it. Otherwise, it's a nice example of one of the occasional minor slip-ups De La Rue made in printing the colonial bi-colours.

Thanks once again tonymacg, it caught my eye being so obvious.! I am still shifting stamps into stock books which allows for a good look at each one.!
Time consuming but a great way to spend a cool afternoon.! Cheers.!
