Those were the days - when being polite really was part of the business model. Now you're lucky to get a response. I tried to reach an account executive this past week and was told "Don't try calling her. She doesn't take calls. Try email."

That was a nice respond card and leaves the seller with a positive experience a lot better than what you see today.
