Hi guys...Take a look at this block of Scott #B4 stamps...there is a spot/defect on the top left hand side stamp...Probably not a constant, unless some one else has the same oddity.

I have one also with a white spot. It came with the bronze replica. Even the bronze replica has letters missing at the back.
