I found this QV stamp with an odd cancel. I have the book on Hong Kong and the Treaty Ports. They have a "F01" for Foochow. This one looks like an "F08". Does anyone know where this cancel was used? I was hoping it was Anping but they don't list using the obliterator cancel.

F08 is Barking, Essex. [Near London]

It is F1 not F01 for Foochow,
