GB_golf Stationery With Familiar Faces

Here is a scan of a Great Britain postal stationery Airletter sheet issued in 1979.

Note the two familiar faces in the middle section! Yep, Bing Crosby and Bob Hope! Hope was still alive (he died in 2003) and Bing had just passed in 1977. Hope was a British born (citizen?) individual, Crosby was born in Washington state. Both born in 1903!
