I am looking for someone to help me identify a German NSDAP Lottery Letterhead? It IS watermarked "Zeta MattPost" with a large "Z". IT is addressed Dienststelle Frankfurt. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can email pictures if needed.

Thanks,
MBarkerJr

I have 6 of these smaller papers, one is not watermarked, a skip? And I have three that are a good bit bigger than a regular sheet of paper, they are lighter in tone and not watermarked but they say the same thing. I have more pics of the smaller ones if needed.

I'm not sure there's much I can add. They appear to be blank pieces of paper printed for use by the Frankfurt office of the NSDAP's Reichsleitung Amt für Lotteriewesen (Nazi Party's Government Office of the Lottery). The lottery office was a department of the Reich's Treasury, and it was responsible for running the numerous state lotteries.

Zeta Mattpost is a line of stationery paper. It's still manufactured today by Zanders.

I found references to auctions of these, but none that had a price. I'd hesitate to speculate, as I don't even know what the ballpark is. I did come across some discussions in German-language forums, but they're in German and require registration just to view.

Well thank you for your help, it led me to some released NSDAP documents that were once classified. Maybe somebody else might know but I thank you so so much for looking. Its a nightmare to figure this stuff out.
