A 'thank you' note? Is that like a postcard?

I've taken to writing more short notes & letters lately.

You heard it here first: "Tangible is the new black."

Cheers,

Great article, and I do love Fallon's "thank you skits" We definitely encourage our kids to write thank you cards.

Received a Thank You note last week.

I could not correct an incorrect entry in my address book at a site I use.

I called for help, and they just fixed it for me, on the spot. Fair enough.

And, then, in the post, along comes a good, old-fashioned Thank You note!

Okay, sure, their gal thanking me for letting her solve my problem is a little, well, weird; you have to wonder how much some Customer Relationship Management consultant got paid for that one. In fact, I wonder if all of the postage they spend mailing those cards adds-up to more than that fee ;)

Still, I'm glad to see that the CRM crowd agrees with me: "Tangible is the new black."

Cheers,

Once every three years, I send a thank you note to my employees.( a different one each quarter. In that note I highlight great ideas, good effort. Got to tell you, the employees families appreciate them tremendously. Suprise positive mail, it's a good thing
