This stamp has what appears to be doubling in the lettering of CANADA, and a jagged edge on frame line which I believe to be caused by a slight colour shift. Is this just normal for this issue?
I have several blocks and singles as well as the souvenir sheet. One block and the souvenir sheet have very clear "CANADA", etc, printings, whereas other have the same slightly distorted printing as your example.
I don't think it's a true misaligned/colour shift and probably quite common.
