This 8c stamp just got broken out of a sealed 4x4 Block packet from the POST Office. I am not sure if this is an ink splotch or possibly a new variety. Anyone else have one like this?

CoinWatcher..Looks like a piece of paper stick to the stamp before printing...Look how much higher it is from the rest of the stamp..Just a freak printing...Just my opinion,

Thanks wert, I was hoping you would do that. So most likely an EFO and not a variety.
