Canada 125 With Hairlines

Here is another interesting one. Surprizingly, Hairlines are not mentioned in Unitrade for this number. I checked my Marler book (the Bible) on Admirals, and still no mention of hairlines on Canada 125. Does anyone has additional info that could confirm Hairline are known on 125?

Thin lines in the stamp's colour, usually horizontal and in the white margins.

Gilles is best shown running horizontally from the stamp's upper left corner through the left margin.

Here's an example covered with 'red" hairlines.

those are cause by "hairline cracks" in the steel pate when it is bent to put on roller of the rotary press, and absorb the ink which is then transferred to the stamp during the printing process.

And some times with a plate break, it can cause tails and can be incorrectly classified as a re-entry...You have to look closely at the stamp.
