Can anyone please advise what distinguishes the "mimeo" version from non-mimeo?

A MIMEO is a mimeo and a NON MIMEO is not a mimeo...

Further research suggests an additional complication <sigh> between offset and typographed (though Unitrade provides some explanation here). Here, the porosity of the paper is an issue. <gasp>
