What you have is either Scott #C43 or C49, either valued at the basic $.20 level. It is a matter of watermark and if you flip the stamp over on a piece of black material you might luck out. If you can see any watermark you have #C43. Unfortunately, if you don't see one using this presumptive method, it doesn't mean its #C49. You would have to invest in some watermark detecting fluid for a definitive test.
