I have found a couple of GB PPI labels in my collection. The older label has PHQ Serial No. 81 and the newer one has PHQ 233. Can anyone tell me who those PHQ serial numbers belong to or where I might look to find the information.
Hey Scotzm, thanks for the link; I had already found that in my research. Notice the example PPI's have different HQ numbers. I believe the PHQ numbers are assigned to companies and other entities. I'm really looking for a listing somewhere (I know there are thousands of numbers now) at least for the first 500 or so assignments. Thanks for your reply.
