I wish I could come too !
I will be going to Stampex in London the week before but it's difficult getting others to join me in the UK. It seems like nobody goes to shows these days.
Still, while you are all enjoying yourself at Stamp Expo 400, I will be Beer tasting at the Oktoberfest !

Londonbus1.....Proste !

Phil:

If this show is bigger than the NYC Mega-Stamp Events... It will be the biggest stamp show I will have ever attended.

This show's objectives:

1. A 50˘ Baby Zepp, F-VF, CDS cancelled, used, under $50 US;
2. A t-shirt that says: United States Postal Service;
3. Seeing the NY State Capital.

David

Very nice, Phil. It certainly looks like the style of buildings, from days of yore, in New York City.

Now I know what to look for!

Bobgggg the taconic ends in Chatham..then you would probably take I90 the rest of the way..in my youth you could drive right up route 9 and end up at the capitol building..but 9 has too many red lights...can you take the thruway that would put you a couple of exits away..i take route 9 to 9h to I90 to 787 South..or I could go over to Catskill and take I87 right up to Albany...
