I'm starting to have reservations about my usual source of Scott Specialty printed pages and don't have the time/desire to become a Steiner disc printer myself. If anyone does that on a regular basis and would care to print some extra pages for yours truly, I'd pay shipping and the same per page rate as this well known service provider receives. The paper used would have to be the same size and poundage as Scott uses and I'd be glad to help source that component. Any takers can post here or email me off forum. My "wants" will be pre-1900 Europe in the main. Thanks.

Hi John,

Not intended as a criticism, but might there be a copyright problem if the person printing the pages doesn't have a license to do so?

Ah, you are most likely correct....I guess there are only a limited number of "authorized" printers of the Steiner pages out there, no matter how unreliable they may be. Seems like a case of I may as well do it myself. Thanks.

Hi John,

I am soon to embark on a similar enterprise for my US stamps. Well. as soon as I replace my non printing printer with a new model. I like the Steiner pages, but modify them in Adobe Image Ready to remove the page borders and add the Scott numbers, I also add a script typeface for page headings to get a 'Classic' look. So really only the the stamp boxes layouts remain. But even that saves a lot of tedious work.

Hi John - I realize this is an old post, but I've had success after buying a new printer - an HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format. It easily handles Scott International Paper and the only modifications you need to the Steiner Pages is to remove the border (Scribus or Open Office Draw both work). I can now print them on demand.

I print my page designs to a CD and bring along with album paper to Office Max/Depot and they print on their high quality printers - very reasonable.

JOHN------Your asking for something printed by a person or a third party . You need to think in terms of many years in the future as your collection expands ,you need to control the printing for your use over many years ....just my two cents .
