Did any of these stamps come out with a Perf of 13 1/2? I have a (1p) Lake that is 13 1/2 and I'm at a loss.

I presume this is the seated Britannia. My ancient Red Gibbons has #38-rose-red #39-carmine-lake being issued in 1859 as pin perf 13.5-14, so these may be Scott 22 & 22a which only list pin perf 14, maybe Scott just rounded it up.

Don't know about this specific stamp, but Scott does indeed sometimes round their perf measurements.
