I just got a block of 6 stamps on an auction. Looked beautiful in the picture. Received them in the mail today and they are stuck to the paper they were mailed in. So now if I want to keep them they will have to be soaked and therefore would end up being mint no gum. I should of went with my collection interests instead of my head. I don't even collect blocks but they sure looked pretty. LOL
I'm sure others have gotten items they wished they would of just let go on by.

I would take pictures, and contact the seller, sending them pictures. Personally, If I were the seller, I would refund you and tell you to keep them. I wouldn't want the damaged stamps back. And I would say that we agree to give eachother positive feedback for good communication.
Worst case scenario, they get sent back at the cost of postage.
