St Pierre & Miquelon / Newfoundland Cover 1943

Here is a new cover to my collection--I was missing this postage due and also on a small envelope from St Pierre & Miquelon to St Jean...plus opened by WWII censor.

The Newfie stamp is J2, but I need help on the catalog for the other stamp--anyone?

Lastly, I'd welcome any observations on the "T" 50. My working hypothesis is that this is the postage due mark for being under franked, but why only 10 cents and not 50? Or is the 50 something else?

Still looking for other Newfie postage due covers (J3, J4, J5, J6) if anyone has or knows of one...

Tommy - the T50 / 10 cents suggests currency equivalent between two countries.

I only have the Scott Classic catalogue which stops at 1940. Quick look on the bay indicates it is Saint Pierre and Miquelon, St. Malo Schooner 5c , Scott 300.
Mint set on the bay item no 310948479149.
