Nepal isn't my area, but a bit to the south, Barwani State, in India, produced some delightfully blurry blue stamps, too:

Poonch, on the other hand, will always be clearly enough printed to be identifiable:

Which is as close as Poonch ever got to a blue stamp, unless you include the red printings on blue
paper:

Anyway, I like to think that printings like the Nepal and the Barwani demonstrate the true legitimacy of these stamps.
They were never intended for sale primarily to collectors.
