I just found another HUGE tote full of stamps.....when I say huge I mean about 25 binders and countless amounts of stock books, some singular and some blocks, many mint pages. Alot is newer (1950-1980) but about half is older. Get ready for more pictures and questions to be posted! =)

I am currently going through an estate that has been left to me. Stamps, books, autographs, government antique paper/paperwork, ALOT of land deeds and books and personal letters to do with the underground railroad and it's use within the neighborhood that this estate is located, postcards, antique furniture, and much much much more. I have actually found that the stamps are the most interesting to me. They have so much history and yet they are all linked somehow.
I am currently looking through the latest find and it will probably take a few weeks to get them all cataloged. There are alot of cinderella stamps in this one but also alot of special delivery, postage paid, and foreign stamps. I will post some pictures tomorrow. |
